Where do I pick up my cookies? Do you deliver?

Cookies can be picked up at Gundalow Gourmet and Designs (820 Kenilworth Dr. Towson, MD 21204). The delivery radius is 15 miles from Cockeysville, MD ($50 delivery fee). Deliveries beyond 15 miles and shipping can be arranged and will be priced by distance/ shipping cost.

Do you make wheat-free or dairy-free cookies?

Yes! We cater to certain dietary restrictions (wheat-free, dairy-free, nut-free, etc). However, we bake our cookies in a kitchen that also uses allergens so we cannot guarantee a total absence of any allergy. Please order only if you are okay with your cookies being baked in a kitchen shared with other allergens. Orders with dietary restrictions must be placed through custom order ONLY.

How do custom orders work?

The minimum number of cookies you can order is 2 dozen. You can order per dozen after that.

When and how do I pay for my order?

After payment is received from your Gundalow- Brookie’s Cookies invoice, your order will go into the production queue and the date for your cookies will be saved. Your order will not go into production if we have not received payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled up to one week before your event. Orders canceled within one week of your event will not be eligible for a refund because they will already be in production.
